How much earlier may I arrive prior to the agreed booking time?
You may arrive 30 minutes earlier to set up.

Do you provide refreshments?
We do provide light refreshments (Coffee, Tea, Water).

Can I rearrange the room setup?
Yes you may. You may even propose to us your preferred layout of the room and we will arrange it prior to your arrival.

When and how do I make payment?
Payment should be made with 1 week upon receiving our invoice. Payment can be made by iBanking or check.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policies are as follows:

– For changes of schedule more than 14 days, we offer free rescheduling.

– Less than 14 days notice, no rescheduling.
